Mentorship Programme

Supporting the next generation of legal professionals by connecting experienced practitioners with aspiring legal talent across Warwickshire.

Building the Future of the Profession

The Warwickshire Law Society Mentorship Programme, led by our Immediate Past President, Sharan Sandhu, has been created to inspire, support and nurture the next generation of legal professionals by connecting aspiring lawyers with experienced members of Warwickshire's legal community.

The programme aims to provide aspiring legal professionals with guidance, encouragement and real-world insight into the legal profession, while offering mentors the opportunity to share their experience, develop their leadership skills and help shape the future of the profession.
