The Warwickshire Law Society Awards celebrate the individuals, teams and organisations making an outstanding contribution to the legal profession across Warwickshire.
This year’s awards will recognise excellence, innovation, dedication and impact across a range of categories, bringing the local legal community together for an evening of recognition and celebration.

Award Categories
The awards recognise achievement across a range of areas within the legal profession. Each category has been designed to celebrate the contribution of individuals, teams and organisations across Warwickshire’s legal community.
Lawyer of the Year
Recognising an outstanding solicitor or lawyer who has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, legal expertise and commitment to delivering excellent client service while making a significant contribution to the legal profession.
Law Student of the Year
Celebrating a law student who has shown exceptional dedication, academic achievement and enthusiasm for a future career in law, while making a positive contribution to their university or wider community.
Support Team of the Year
Recognising the invaluable contribution of legal support professionals whose dedication, teamwork and commitment help ensure the success of their organisation and the delivery of outstanding legal services.
Junior Lawyer of the Year
Recognising a junior lawyer who has demonstrated outstanding potential, professionalism and commitment during the early stages of their legal career, making a positive impact within their organisation and the profession.
Law Firm of the Year (1–3 Partners)
Recognising a small law firm that has demonstrated excellence in client care, innovation, leadership and commitment to supporting both its clients and the wider legal community.
Law Firm of the Year (4+ Partners)
Celebrating a larger law firm that has demonstrated outstanding leadership, business excellence, innovation, client service and a commitment to developing both its people and the legal profession.
Legal Team of the Year
Celebrating a legal team that has worked collaboratively to deliver outstanding results, exceptional client service and demonstrated excellence, innovation and teamwork.
Community Champion of the Year
Recognising an individual or organisation that has made an exceptional contribution to their local community through volunteering, charitable work, pro bono activities or initiatives that have created a lasting positive impact beyond their professional role.

How to Nominate
Nominations can be submitted by colleagues, clients, firms, organisations or individuals wishing to recognise outstanding achievement within Warwickshire’s legal profession.
Each nomination should clearly explain why the nominee deserves recognition and provide clear examples and supporting evidence for the nomination.

Choose the appropriate award category.
Complete the nomination form.
Provide clear examples and supporting evidence.
Submit the nomination before the closing date.
Judging Process
Every nomination is valued and receives careful consideration. Our judging panel will review each submission fairly and consistently, recognising those who have demonstrated outstanding achievement, professionalism and contribution to Warwickshire's legal community.

Anyone can submit a nomination, whether you're nominating a colleague, employer, employee, client, team, firm or anyone whose achievements deserve recognition.

Yes. Please submit a separate nomination for each individual or organisation and for each award category.

Yes. Nominees may be entered into more than one category where appropriate. A separate nomination should be submitted for each category.

Yes. Complimentary parking is available at Warwick Conferences for guests attending the Awards Dinner.
To use the car park, you will need to register your vehicle details on the evening of the event. Full instructions will be circulated to attendees before the Awards Dinner.

Yes. On-site accommodation is available at Warwick Conferences for guests wishing to stay overnight.
