Warwickshire Law Society Annual General Meeting

I am writing to cordially invite you to the Society’s AGM.

The attendance at the AGM has declined over recent years but the Society’s Council urge Members to attend this year with ideas on how the Society can reengage with its members and also to hear what the Society’s plans are for the future.

The Society’s Council has a few vacancy’s and is looking for any members who would be interested in taking on the roles of :

Honorary Secretary – Due to the intended retirement of Mr Nick Button at the AGM the position of Honorary Secretary will be vacant.  We do have a nominee for the position but if you would like to put yourself forward for the position, or would like more information on what the role includes, please contact me before the AGM.

Honorary Treasurer –  Due to the intended retirement of Mr Ron Beech at the AGM the position of Honorary Treasurer will be vacant.  If you would like to put yourself forward for the position, or would like more information on what the role includes, please contact me before the AGM.

Deputy Vice President – This is a 2 year role, becoming VP in February 2025 and then President in February 2027.
